On our way to Thailand

Praise God and thanks to the many who have partnered with us on this journey to bring the love and gospel of Jesus Christ to students in Thailand.  We are at 68% of what is needed to go!  That is an incredible blessing!!
Since Todd left his job 3 weeks ago we have spent most of our time getting out, visiting churches and pastors to talk about this call upon our lives and how people can partner with us.  We believe God has asked us to mobilize the churches to help them understand the need and opportunity in investing in lives on the other side of the world.  Acts 1:8 tells us to be his witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.  For us that means in our hometown and state, in our country (even the places we don't like to go) and to the other side of the world.  WE are all called to be his witness to all of these places!  We consider all who partner with us and pray for us as part of the ends of the earth commission.  What an opportunity we all have!

We are so thankful for the many who are creating ways to talk about the call and raise support.  "Thai Time" hosted by the hometeam at Doug and Linda Patricks was wonderful.  It provided an opportunity for some to join in a smaller group setting to learn about this ministry.  Ashley King organized a Painting Event with 25% of the proceeds going to support the mission, Susan Hamilton put together a silent auction for the event.  The event raised over $900 for the Mission and it was so fun for all who attended!  Other events are coming up such as an Outdoor Movie on June 8!  WE are thrilled that others have joined us in getting the word out and helping us get there.

The Art of Missions
Painting with a Purpose
WE know the Lord has asked us to go, we aren't exactly sure why or what how the Lord will use us in Thailand, but we are sure he has asked us to go.  We have said Yes.  Its really that simple.

Please continue to stay with us on this journey....we will have many challenges ahead, but we do believe we serve a God that is faithful and that he will see his work through.  Again, we could NEVER do this without all of you.  Consider yourselves good and faithful servants.  Chris League told a story that one day in eternity he hopes that a Thai girl will come to him and thank him for helping her get to heaven...because of the support of people like you and because of our willingness to go God will be glorified and lives will be changed, we honestly believe that.  WE LOVE YOU!

Pam and Todd
